Oscilloscope range extended

Teledyne LeCroy has launched the HDO4000A, HDO6000A, HDO8000A, and MDA800A analogue and mixed-signal oscilloscopes, with bandwidths ranging from 200MHz to 1GHz.

PMIC reduces wearable solution size by 50%

Designers of primary cell wearable medical and fitness applications can now reduce solution size by 50% and extend battery life with the MAX20310 ultra-low quiescent current (IQ) power management integrated circuit (PMIC) – according to Maxim.

Configurable intelligent high power system

The configurable intelligent high power system, the iHP series, from Artesyn is designed for a range of medical and industrial applications. The modular power system is said to provide either a programmable voltage or current source; up to 24kW in 3kW increments; and can be configured for up to eight outputs using a variety of plug-in modules.

Reinforced isolator with integrated power

A single-chip reinforced isolator with integrated power from Texas Instruments is said to offer 80% higher efficiency than existing integrated devices. The isolator supports operation of industrial systems, including factory automation, grid infrastructure, motor control, isolated power supplies, and test and measurement equipment.

AdaCore has announced the release of the latest version of its four major products: GNAT Pro 17.1, a development environment for Ada and C; CodePeer 17.1, a deep static analysis tool for Ada that can identify bugs and vulnerabilities; QGen 17.1, a model-based development and verification toolset for Simulink and Stateflow models; and SPARK Pro 17.1, a verification environment that brings mathematics-based assurance to high-integrity software.

Linear Technology has launched the LTC6419, a dual 10GHz gain bandwidth product differential amplifier that comes with a very low input voltage noise density of 1.1nV/vHz, delivering an improved SNR performance for wideband signal amplification.

Omron widens SM photo-microsensor range

Omron Electronic Components Europe has extended its surface mount photo-microsensor range with a new 5mm slot width type, increasing the range of applications in office equipment, consumer electronics, ATM, vending machines and industrial control systems in which this device can be applied.
